Gear Flow Divider
Similar to a gear pump, gear flow dividers have a constant geometric volume. If the shaft makes one revolution, each volume is pressed into the connected consumer according to the number of chambers. With three consumers, this means that the same volume is pumped three times and thus the same displacement is generated in the consumer. If the consumers have the same internal geometry, synchronisation occurs. Gear flow dividers work most effectively at speeds around 1500 rpm.
